Introduction
The history of Kerman University of Medical Sciences dates back to 1977, when its Faculty of Medicine began operating as part of the University of Kerman (currently Shahid Bahonar University). With the growth and development of medical education in the country, this faculty gradually expanded and was officially established as Kerman University of Medical Sciences in 1986.

Welfare Facilities
The welfare facilities at Kerman University of Medical Sciences include well-equipped student dormitories for both female and male students, proper nutrition services such as high-quality and healthy meals with an online food reservation system, suitable sports facilities including multipurpose halls, artificial turf fields, fitness gyms, sports programs, and student competitions. Health and medical services such as counseling centers and student health insurance are also provided.
