Introduction
Kashan University of Medical Sciences and Health Services was established in 1986 as the Faculty of Medical Sciences. In February of the same year, the university officially began its activities with approximately 20 faculty members and over 250 students in medicine and nursing programs. Since then, both the quality and quantity of admitted students have steadily increased, and simultaneously, the university’s educational scope expanded so significantly that in 1993, it was officially granted university status. In 2013, it was recognized as a Type 1 university in the country. Currently, the university covers the counties of Kashan and Aran and Bidgol, providing a wide range of health services through its seven deputy offices. The university now has 304 faculty members and, considering the improvement in quality, has maintained an independent Board of Examiners since 2012.

According to the latest Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2025, Kashan University of Medical Sciences has achieved a ranking between 601–800 globally.

Tuition Fees
Based on the type of program, the minimum annual tuition fees are as follows (universities must adhere to these minimum rates):
- Associate, Bachelor’s, and Master’s programs: $2,000
- Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, MBBS, and BDS programs: $3,000
- Specialty programs (Ph.D.): $4,000
